You can pay a 30% deposit or the full amount, choose a flexible rate or a non-refundable rate that saves 10%, and split the payment between guests. Flexible cancellation is free until 14 days before check-in. Inside those 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. The non-refundable rate is not refunded once the deposit or payment is confirmed. This page does not state a nightly rate. The booking page shows the security deposit and a promo code field once dates are chosen.
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in depends on housekeeping. The house rules are: no parties without prior approval, no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 22:00, and pool use at your own risk. No diving. Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions are sent after booking.
