Al Marjan Island is a man-made island development in the Arabian Gulf, in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Danah Bay occupies part of that island. Villa Rak is in Danah Bay, so the stay is on the island rather than in Ras Al Khaimah city or at Al Hamra on the mainland coast.
The island is also where larger resorts are being built, including the Wynn resort. Those are neighbours on the same island, not facilities of the villa. If you want a resort day and a private house at night, this geography is the reason people look here.

Dubai is about 60 minutes (90 km). Dubai International (DXB) is about 80 minutes (110 km), and longer in traffic. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT) is closer, about 30 minutes (28 km).
