Where is Villa Rak?

Villa Rak is a private villa in Danah Bay, on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The public map pin is the Danah Bay community. Arrival instructions are sent after booking.

Is this an apartment in Al Danah tower?

No. Al Danah tower is the apartment building in the same Danah Bay community. Villa Rak is a house: four bedrooms, a maid's room, a private pool, and beach access.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 10 guests.

How many bedrooms are there?

Four guest bedrooms: master suite, garden suite, family room, and guest suite. There is also a maid's room, which is not one of those four.

Is the pool private?

Yes. The swimming pool is part of the villa, not a shared community pool.

Is there beach access?

Yes. Direct beach access is one of the villa’s listed amenities, inside the Danah Bay beach community.

Which airport should we use?

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT) is the closer airport, about 30 minutes (28 km). Dubai is about 60 minutes (90 km). Dubai International (DXB) is about 80 minutes (110 km), and longer in traffic.

How do we book?

The booking is the whole house. Use the booking page to choose dates and see a quote in AED, or send an inquiry. You can also email stay@villarak.com. The quote is for the nights you select. This site does not publish a nightly rate. After you choose dates, the booking page shows the stay total, a 30% deposit, the security deposit for that stay, and a promo code field. A code changes the price only when it is an active code for the villa.

Can we pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes. On the booking page you can pay a 30% deposit or the full amount. The quote shows both figures for the dates you choose. The security deposit is separate, shown on that same quote, and arranged before arrival.

What is the difference between the flexible and non-refundable rate?

The booking page offers a flexible rate and a non-refundable rate that saves 10%. Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. No refund once the deposit or payment is confirmed.

Can we split the payment?

Yes. Guests can split the payment on the booking page. Each person pays their own share.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in depends on housekeeping.

What are the house rules?

The house rules are: no parties without prior approval, no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 22:00, and pool use at your own risk. No diving.
