A beach community on Al Marjan Island

Danah Bay is a beachfront community on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by Dubai Investments. The community’s own project pages describe a site of about 86,000 square metres, with beach along the Arabian Gulf and a Millennium resort beside the residences.

The same community includes Al Danah residential tower, apartments and penthouses, and low-rise villas. Villa Rak is one private villa in that setting. It is not an apartment in the tower, and this site is for booking the house, not for buying a unit.

What you can do without leaving the community

The path from the house to Danah Bay beach is about 5 minutes (0.5 km), so the Gulf is part of the stay rather than a drive across town. Danah Bay is planned around that beach: swimming, a walk on the sand, and time outside that does not require a car.

The published plan for the community also includes dining, retail, and the Millennium resort next to the homes. Treat those as community facilities around the villa. Hours and what is open can change, so ask us when you enquire if a specific café or the resort matters for your dates.

Staying at Villa Rak

Villa Rak sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms: a master suite, garden suite, family room, and guest suite, plus a maid's room. The house has a private swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor dining.
