What you can ask
Concierge is on request. Typical asks are an airport transfer, a private chef for an evening, groceries before you land, or a plan for Jebel Jais. None of those are in the room rate until they are added.
The arrival stop on the tour is the front of the stay: the moment the house is handed over. Gate and key notes are sent on arrival day, not published on this page.
Getting to the villa
Dubai is about 60 minutes (90 km). Dubai International (DXB) is about 80 minutes (110 km), and longer in traffic. Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT) is closer, about 30 minutes (28 km). Times on the home page are the same figures and skip traffic.
